WE ARE FOODSHED EPISODE 2: MEET THE INCUBATOR FARMERS

We are Foodshed is a podcast in conversation with farmers, eaters and other community members about our food system and what’s happening in our region to create thriving farms, an equitable distribution of locally grown food, and how our community is mobilizing and mobilized around our food system!

In Episode 2, we sit with these five new farmers who are participating in a farmer incubation program by Solidarity Farm and Foodshed. Nan Cavazos is the farmer running the program and he and I checked in with these young farmers and the four new projects they started three months ago after completing their three-month internship at Solidarity Farm. Thank you to the incubators for sharing their stories with us. Make sure you follow their journey:
